1. Booking & Payment
Bookings must be made through our website or directly with the Teacher.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Prices for one-off classes and packages are listed on our website and may change at our discretion.
2. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Student cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 48h before the scheduled class may be rescheduled subject to Teacher’s availability.
No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 48h before the class.
Packages: Unused classes in a package are non-refundable once purchased.
Instructor cancellations: If the Instructor cancels a class, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
3. Package Validity
Class packages must be used within 1 month from the date of purchase.
Any unused sessions after the expiry date will be forfeited.
4. Liability Waiver
Dance is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that you are voluntarily engaging in classes at your own risk.
You agree to release and hold harmless the Instructor from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during or as a result of participating in our classes.
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult a doctor before attending.
5. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to treat the Instructor and other students with respect at all times.
Punctuality is required; late arrivals may result in reduced class time without refund.
Any inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your participation without refund.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and will only collect personal information necessary for booking and providing our services.
Your personal information will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
